Nuclear Decay - help1

An unstable nucleus will undergo nuclear decay and change into a different nuclide. The decay process is typically accompanied by the release of a particle - an alpha particle, a beta particle, or a positron particle (beta + particle). Each has its own unique characteristics and symbol.
