Physics Classroom is making strides to make our site accessible to everyone. Our site contains 6 navigation areas. The Primary, Secondary, and Page Level navigations have a screen reader version of their nav structure that allows using the left and right keys to navigate sibling navigation items, and up or down keys to navigate parent or child navigation items. The others can be navigated using tabs. The Primary Navigation handles the first 2 levels of site pages. The Secondary (which is not always available) handles the 3rd and 4th level of structure. The Page level navigation allows you to navigate the current page's headings quickly. The Header Navigation contains the Light/Dark Mode toggle, Search, Notifications and account login. The Breadcrumb Navigation contains the breadcrumb of the current page. If the current page has a breadcrumb, you can get to it by skipping to the content and tabbing in reverse (shift plus tab). The Footer Navigation contains links such as Privacy, Contact, about and terms. Some resources contain an Audio Player that can be activated by holding down the T key for 3 seconds, and then using K to pause and resume. While not every area of Physics Classroom is usable purely from keyboard and screen reader, we are committed to continue work on making this possible. Physics Classroom - Without the Ads

Here at Physics Classroom, we want to make sure every person - no matter their demographic - has access to quality learning.  The only way to provide that for free (and still pay the bills) is through advertising.  We've done our part to make ads as unobtrusive and safe as possible (we never expose student's personal information nor give any visitor information to advertisers, and we have limited the advertising categories allowed to display) - but even so, ads aren't pleasant.  If you want to go Ad-Free, here's some options:

Individual Ad-Free ($5)

If you use Physics Classroom for your own purposes and don't have a class, you can go Ad-Free for only $5 per year.  No monthly charges, no subscriptions to cancel later, simple.

Task Tracker - Standard Tier ($2/per more than Ad-Supported Tier)

Task Tracker is our in-house platform that allows teachers to assign, modify, and track our over 800 activities.  While all Task Tracker subscriptions have no-ads for the teachers no matter the tier, the Standard Tier of Task Tracker has no advertising the students as well.  The Standard Tier is $2 more than the Ad-Supported Tier.

Ad-Free Only Subscription ($2/per) 

Mainly for schools who require ad-free for students to use an online resource (but teachers who don't have the budget for the full Task Tracking), we have an Ad-Free Only subscription that for $2 per student they can log in and use the site ad-free.  This subscription does not come with Task Tracking.

Homeschool Subscription ($50/per)

For parents looking for a Physics and Chemistry homeschool curriculum, or Tutors who are looking to teach or aid their students, the Homeschool Subscription allows parents and tutors to assign, modify, and track our over 800 activities, and comes with a Homeschool specific curriculum for Physics.  This subscription has Ad-Free included both for the parent/tutor, and the student.
