Task Tracker Directions

Task Tracker allows teachers to create classes, populate the classes with students, make assignments for students to access, and view student progress reports and scores on those assignments. Directions for using Task Tracker are available under Teacher's Account.

On the bottom, are listed various direction resources, including Webinars, PDF Guides, etc.

Getting a Task Tracker Account (Teachers)

Teachers must purchase a Task Tracker account for themselves and their co-teachers.  A single subscription can house unlimited number of teachers and faculty staff.  Subscription pricing and information can be found on our Store page, and you can get a Quote or purchase on our Quote or Order page.

Getting a Task Tracker Account (Students)

Once a teacher purchases a Task Tracker account and sets up their class, students must Register to the class.  Each class has a Sign-Up Code that is used during registration.  Depending on the teacher's Course settings, you may need to use your school email address to register.

Getting a Task Tracker Account (Parent/Individual)

We offer a Homeschool Subscription for $50 per student, which grants 1 Parent and 1 Student their own subscription, along with access to our Homeschool Curriculum.  This comes with Ad-Free ($5 value).  This also can be purchased on the Store page.

Using Task Tracker (Student)

When you register and go to your account, there is a link to your Tasks and Classes.  From here you can view your Classes (Class Filter) and the activities that are currently visible and doable.  Hit "Start This Task" to begin the assignment.  You can filter your visible assignments by Category and Task Type, as well as view Completed or Closed activities in the Archive Tab.

Using Task Tracker (Teacher/Parent)

There are 4 training webinars and multiple documents going through how to fully use the Task Tracker and its features.  We commend viewing the Basic Training and Scoring and Customization prerecorded webinars on your account page under Resources and Trainings.
