Which One Doesn't Belong? Force and Motion
The Which One Doesn't Belong? Concept Builder is a tool that allows the learner to relate kinematic information regarding the motion of an object to the force diagram associated with the motion. The Concept Builder is modeled after the classic game titled Which One Doesn't Belong? Learners must inspect free-body diagrams, position-time graphs, velocity-time graphs, dot diagrams, words, and data tables in order to find the one representation that is not consistent with all the others. There are three different levels of difficulty. The levels differ in terms of the number of questions, the number of representations presented in each question, and the complexity of the representations. Question-specific help is provided for each situation. The built-in score-keeping makes this Concept Builder a perfect candidate for a classroom activity.
Users are encouraged to open the Concept Builder and begin. There is no need for an activity sheet for this Concept Builder.
